Cancellation: There will be no refund for no shows. A cancellation fee will be charged.
Responsibility Clause: Neither the company or anyone acting for, through or on behalf of the company shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from cause whatsoever and without restricting the generality of the afore going, shall not be held liable for loss or damage suffered by tour participants including delays, sickness, injury or death occasioned by negligence or not. The company reserves the right to cancel a tour for any individual because of illness or incompatible behavior and the passenger in such circumstances will not be entitled to any refunds.

Departure and return times are merely a guideline and are dependant on traffic and weather conditions on the day of the tour.
Prices include all entrance fees, transport and guide/driver, all items of a personal nature are excluded from the price.
